Capacity building, mentoring and physical activity support — tailored to what matters to you, not to a checklist. You're in control here.
NDIS capacity building is about helping you develop the skills, confidence and independence to live the life you want — on your terms. It's not about doing things for you. It's about doing things with you, until you don't need us anymore.
My approach is person-centred. That means your goals drive everything. Whether that's getting stronger, getting out into the community, building routines or figuring out your NDIS plan — we start with what matters to you.
My services are available to participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. If you're agency-managed, it's worth checking with your support coordinator whether my services can be accessed under your plan.
Developing the skills, knowledge and confidence to navigate daily life more independently — whether that's practical skills, decision making, or self-advocacy.
Someone in your corner. Help understanding your NDIS plan, navigating systems, communicating with providers, and knowing your rights and options.
Gym-based sessions, functional movement and physical activity — tailored to your abilities, goals and comfort level. Building strength, confidence and consistency.
Getting out, connecting with your community, building social confidence and participating in activities that are meaningful to you.
Creating structure that works — healthy routines, consistent habits and practical tools for managing your week, energy and goals.
Helping you understand your options, access resources, and make informed decisions about your supports, health and future planning.
I've seen what good support looks like — and what it doesn't. Good support doesn't talk at you. It listens, adapts and earns trust over time.
My partner is an occupational therapist, and one of the most important things she's taught me is this: all behaviour is learnt, and if you find the 'why' behind it, you'll usually find the solution. Nobody is broken. They just haven't discovered their why yet.
Your goals, your pace. I'm not here to tell you what you should want — I'm here to help you get what you actually want.
Small, sustainable steps build more than big pushes that don't last. We find your rhythm and work with it.
I work with your support network — coordinators, OTs, family — not around them. Communication is always open.
If you're a support coordinator looking for a capacity building provider, I'm happy to jump on a call to discuss how I can support your participant's goals.
I provide regular progress updates, collaborate on goal reviews and align my sessions with the broader support plan.
I'm an unregistered provider, which means I work with participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. If that's you, accessing my services is straightforward — no referral needed, just a conversation.
If you're agency-managed, you'll generally need to use a registered provider instead. Not sure which you are? Your support coordinator will be able to tell you, or we can figure it out together on a call.
I'm mobile across Perth's north — gym-based sessions, community locations or wherever works best for you.
A free discovery call is the best place to start — no forms, no hard sell, just a chat about what you're looking for and whether I'm the right fit.
