What this is

With you, not at you.

Capacity building helps you develop the skills, confidence and independence to live the life you want — on your terms.

It's not about doing things for you. It's about doing them with you, until you don't need us anymore.

What we can work on

Support that actually flexes.

Capacity Building

Skills, knowledge and confidence to navigate daily life — practical skills, decisions, self-advocacy.

Mentoring & Advocacy

Someone in your corner. Plan navigation, communication with providers, your rights and options.

Exercise & Movement

Gym-based and functional sessions tailored to ability, goals and comfort. Strength, confidence, consistency.

Community Access

Getting out, building social confidence, and joining activities that matter to you.

Routine & Habits

Structure that works — healthy routines and practical tools for your week, energy and goals.

Research & Info

Understanding your options and making informed decisions about supports, health and planning.

How I work

Three principles, every session.

Good support doesn't talk at you. It listens, adapts and earns trust over time.

01

You lead, I support

Your goals, your pace. I help you get what you actually want.

02

Consistency over intensity

Small, sustainable steps build more than big pushes that don't last.

03

Genuine collaboration

I work with your support network — coordinators, OTs, family — not around them.

NDIS funding

Self-managed and plan-managed welcome.

I'm an unregistered provider. If you're self-managed or plan-managed, accessing my services is straightforward — no referral needed.

If you're agency-managed, you'll generally need a registered provider. Not sure which you are? Your support coordinator can tell you, or we can figure it out on a call.
